By placing an order with babytotem you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order. Once an order is accepted we will email you confirmation. For all personalised items please ensure you provide the correct details. Once work has commenced on a personalised item it will only be possible to refund unused postage and packing costs. While quality and service is our aim, due to the individual work involved with each item colours and designs may vary slightly from those used for photographic purposes.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

An estimate of each products delivery time is included in its detailed information. Please note that this is only an estimate. During peak royal mail periods delivery may be slow, so please allow plenty of time when placing an order.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage and package costs). You will be responsible for paying the return postage. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting and sufficient cover should the item go astray in transit. Unfortunately personalised items cannot be refunded.
